Stereotype Writer

29 Oct

This is one of the stupidest, ignorant and offensive articles I’ve ever read. Michelle Doyle, Editor of UT Culture magazine has stooped to new lows with her shallow guide to getting your own “GBF” (Gay Best Friend). I’d be surprised if she has any friends left by the end of the month, gay or straight.  This article may offend, but I don’t  approve of any personal attacks on Michelle. Play the ball, not the player.

It Gets Better

11 Oct

This is Chris Croker’s submission the it gets better Project. Chris, who is an outspoken and unapologetic gay guy that is regularly the target of thousands of online homophobes. (mostly anonymous, ignorant, cowardly cunts)

In the past few weeks, America is hearing the news that five more teenagers who were being bullied and took their own lives: Cody Barker, age 17, of Shiocton, Wisconsin; Asher Brown, age 13, of Houston, Texas; Seth Walsh, age 13, of Tehachapi, California; Tyler Clementi, age 18, the Rutgers University student who jumped off the George Washington Bridge; and Raymond Chase, age 19, a student in Providence, Rhode Island. Their deaths come after the suicides of Justin Aaberg, age 15, of Anoka, Minnesota, and Billy Lucas, age 15, of Greensburg, Indiana.

Hundreds of LGBT people all over the world have uploaded videos to the It Gets Better Project’s YouTube channel in an effort to bring hope to kids who are being bullied because they are gay or perceived to be gay. People are sharing their stories and letting these kids know that it gets better.

Oh Mother!

If I had a euro for every time I hear someone say, “I’ve never been to Mother, but I’ve heard it’s great.” I’d be about.. 34 Euro richer. Anyway, I created this short video to show people just how much fun it is.
